He is a Senior Lecturer at Central University, where he has taught for 23 years, holding such positions as Head of Management/Human Resource Management Departments and Acting Vice Dean of the Central Business School among others. He was involved in the establishment of Central University from the scratch. However, his experiences in tertiary level of education spans over 30 years. He has been a visiting professor at Asuza Pacific University, California, USA.
He is also a Pastor with 34 years of experience. He began his pastoral ministry with the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel, Ghana, where he was involved in the setting up of the LIFE BIBLE COLLEGE to train pastors. Presently, he is the head pastor of Global Talents Chapel, Lashibi, Tema.
He is currently, the Vice-Chairman of the National Blood Committee of the Ministry of Health – A position he has held since 2007; and also the Chairman of the Finance Committee.
He has been the Chairman of the Ghana Blood Foundation since 2014.
Since he appreciates the importance of blood donation to save lives, he has personally donated blood for over 30 years. He started his blood donation in Nairobi, from 1985 to 1988, when he was a student at Messiah College campus – Daystar University. He continued to donate when he returned to Ghana in 1989. In 2003 he was adjudged the Best Greater Accra Regional Voluntary Blood Donor. In 2004, he won the overall National Best Voluntary Blood Donor having donated 51 units then. To date he has donated 60 units.
